Damaged or Incorrect Items
Special care is given to ensure that your item arrives undamaged. Sew Wright Boutique cannot take responsibility for damage to items once they are shipped.
If you are shipped the wrong item, Sew Wright Boutique will resend the correct item within THREE business days of receipt of incorrect shipment.
Currently, Sew Wright Boutique does not offer exchanges for items. We do our best to ensure that the photographs online are an accurate depiction of the item/fabric. Please understand that colors may vary slightly compared to the colors on your computer or mobile device. Please ensure that the item you have selected is the correct color, sizing and material that you would like before placing your order. If you should have questions about a specific item, please contact Sew Wright Boutique before placing your order.
Currently, Sew Wright Boutique ONLY ships within the United States.
"Ready to Ship" items ship within THREE business days.
"Ready to Make" items ship within SEVEN business days.
"Custom Order" items ship within TEN business days.
Once you have received your tracking number and your items have shipped, your package is no longer the responsibility of Sew Wright Boutique. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages.
Custom orders are made based on your selections on the custom order form. Please note that the fabric you select will be the main fabric for your item. Sew Wright Boutique takes special care in selecting accent fabrics that coordinate with the fabric you select from the collection.
